Automotive Parts Sales Associate
The
Automotive Parts Sales Associate is responsible for selling
new and used automotive parts to retail, wholesale and
internet customers. The position
includes increasing revenues by opening new accounts,
suggestive selling, building and maintaining professional
relationships. You must have excellent telephone and
customer relation skills. Need to be energetic, enthusiastic
and possess good communication skills. Have the ability to
multi-task; be detail oriented and possess strong
organizational skills. Experience
with automotive parts is required and Checkmate inventory
system experience is a plus.
Automotive Outside Sales Associate
The
Outside Sales Associate is responsible for increasing
revenue and market share by raising the number of active
accounts, and establishing and maintaining professional
relationships with customers through regular interaction
with site visits and phone calls. Individual must have
sales experience and strong customer relation skills. Have
the ability to multi-task; effectively manage your time
while working unsupervised. Must possess good verbal and
written communication skills. Maintain a professional
personal appearance and have a valid driver’s license.
Knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
Dismantler/Auto Mechanic
The
Dismantler/Auto Mechanic is responsible for disassembling a
complete vehicle. The individual will also diagnose and
repair malfunctions in engines, transmission, etc. The
individual is required to have their own mechanical hand
tools and minor air tools. You need to be knowledgeable
enough to work alone without the need for assistance and/or
additional training.
Yard
Manager
The
Yard Manager’s primary objective is to provide leadership to
employees and to seek opportunities to improve processes,
procedures, or best practices of doing business. The Yard
Manager is responsible for leading all activities within the
yard to achieve positive sales results. Requirements for
this position are as follows:

Experience with product knowledge in Engine Systems
(including mechanical, cooling, fuel, ignition, exhaust,
emissions, control and starting/charging), Drive Train
Systems (including manual transmission/transaxles, automatic
Transmission/Transaxles and drive train components), Chassis
Systems (including brakes, suspension, steering, wheels and
tires), Body Systems (including heating and air
conditioning, electrical, restraint and accessories)

Detail
oriented, organized and able to multi-task effectively.
·
Assists mechanics, dismantlers and other personnel with
various labor based tasks and completing other daily
assignments that support the yard operations.

Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
·
Drives
a forklift to prepare and stage parts deliveries.
·
Assists with washing of parts.
·
Assists customers with loading and unloading parts.
·
Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental
standards for salvage yard.
Inventory Associate/Backup Driver
The
Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving parts,
putting parts in their proper locations and reviewing
inventory reports for accuracy. The individual needs to
keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean, neat and
clearly marked. The individual must be able to lift
seventy-five pounds and climb on a ten foot ladder. On
occasions deliver parts to the tri-county area. A valid
driver’s license is required.
Driver
We are currently seeking a flexible and friendly individual
to deliver automotive parts in the Tri-county area. The
individual needs to be over 25 years old for insurance
purposes and have a clean driving record. The individual is
responsible to print-out driving route maps and maintain
accurate route sheets. This individual will also assist in
maintaining the facilities clean.
