If however a problem should occur, the following would apply: STANDARD TRADE PRACTICES AND WARRANTY INFORMATION AND   WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS (“SELLER”) WE OFFER LIMITED WARRANTY ON USED ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS AS OUTLINED ON THE INVOICE AND SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED BELOW. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON BODY PARTS, ELECTRICAL PARTS, OR ANY OTHER PARTS THAT ARE SOLD “AS IS”.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURN, EXCHANGES OR REFUND. WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS is not responsible for improper installation and/or labor charges.  SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICK UP FROM / ON OUR PREMISE.  Products that need to be shipped are done at customer's expense and risk, any loss or damage in shipping should be filed and claimed directly through the freight carrier. We assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, freight cost and miscellaneous charges. Loading and unloading on our premises is done for customer's courtesy. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to customer's vehicles. RETURNED CHECKS a $25.00 charge on all returned checks. SPECIAL ORDERS (New or Aftermarket Parts):  A non-refundable cash deposit is required. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The buyer hereby releases WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS from all claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity.   All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards. Seller states that it in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and affirmatively states that used parts or merchandise sold may have safety hazards and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.   THE SELLER, WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED PARTICULAR PURPOSE AN WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THESE PARTS.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED FROM INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR USE OF THIS MERCHANDISE.   CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION VEHICLES all vehicles sold with certificate of destruction are to be exported and/or for parts only. Not to be used on roads in the USA.  All sales are final and sold as is. No warranty or returns. ENGINE & TRANSMISSION LIMITED WARRANTY DEFINITION ENGINE: As used herein, the term engine shall mean, a used engine assembly (basic block, cylinder head and internal components).  TRANSMISSION: As used herein, the term transmission shall mean, a used transmission. ENGINES are warranted against rod knock, cracked blocks and excessive smoking for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All other parts that may be provided are “Accessories and Extra Parts.” Such accessories have been included to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by our warranty.  No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached considered engine accessories, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds.   TRANSMISSIONS are warranted against slippage or shifting failures for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Subject to the limitations listed herein, WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS at its option will either give the customer another part of the like kind and quality, if available from WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS stock or refund the purchase price if WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS agrees part is defective. WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS will not be responsible for any labor cost incurred by the customer. We are not responsible for improper installation and/or labor charges for installation or removal of defective parts.  We do not assume towing, shipping or transportation cost. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: The buyer hereby acknowledges that due to the nature of used auto parts, buyer’s sole remedy against seller shall be a return of the price for the part only and/or the replacement part if timely returned to Seller.  The buyer hereby releases WE GOT IT USED AUTO PARTS from all claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity.   Seller states that it in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and affirmatively states that used parts or merchandise sold may have safety hazards and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.  This warranty is not transferable. CONDITIONS THAT WILL NULL OR VOID WARRANTY: If the part is improperly installed. If the part is opened, tampered or disassembled. If the part is used for racing. If the part is operated without proper lubrication or cooling regardless of the reason. Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications. Failure is caused by using the part or it accessories for any use other than what was intended or recommended by the manufacturer. The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, riot, or explosion. For engines, driving through water enough to cause water to be ingested into the engine. For engines, if heat tabs are removed, tampered with or if the center of the tab is melted out. REFUNDS all refunds are made by checks only.  Management must approve refund and 25% restocking fee will apply – NO exceptions. No refunds or exchanges without original invoice.
